Stephanie Albert, MPA is a research officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS). In this role, she focuses on research and evaluation for many of CHCS programs aimed at reducing disparities and Medicaid quality improvement. She also provides evaluation technical assistance to project grantees. Prior to joining CHCS, Ms. Albert worked as the associate director of the BODY Project at New York University School of Medicine, where she directed a research project testing the efficacy of an intervention aimed at reducing obesity and diabetes among low-income ethnic minority adolescents in NYC public high schools. Previously she was an assistant research scientist at the Center for Health and Public Service Research at NYU. In that role she managed several evaluations of health and nutrition interventions. Ms. Albert has a master's degree in public administration from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at NYU, and a bachelor's degree in sociology from University of California, Santa Barbara.
