On March 11, 2001, Carolyn Ingram, CHCS senior vice president, participated in a panel on Sustaining Patient-Centered Care through Payment Reform sponsored by the Engelberg Center for Healthcare Reform at Brooking's Long-Term Quality Alliance. Her presentation outlines opportunities to align payment with higher quality for dual eligibles, including emerging vehicles for integration, shared savings models, as well as obstacles that need to be addressed to facilitate integration.
