To help Medicaid stakeholders identify health care programs with potential to both improve quality and control costs, the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) developed the ROI Forecasting Calculator for Quality Initiatives. After a year of testing the tool with a group of eight states through the ROI Purchasing Institute, CHCS has now released the tool for public use.
During this CHCS webinar, CHCS demonstrated the web-based tool and participants in the ROI Purchasing Institute discussed how they used the tool to plan for and support specific state initiatives.
