Vermont Makes Deal for Health Care Overhaul

Vermont has received initial approval from CMS to introduce an all-payer model designed to address rising costs and fragmented care in the state.  The program includes all payers for its covered patients, and is based on the state’s Medicaid and commercial Shared Savings Programs.
