Megan Lisch, MPH, is a program associate at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS). In this role, she supports projects related to improving care for people with complex health and social needs, including the Better Care Playbook.

Before joining CHCS, Megan worked as a health equity policy analyst with the Office of Healthy Opportunities at the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, where she led capacity building and policy and program design projects across the agency’s care divisions and administrative offices. Megan previously worked at the Indiana Primary Health Care Association, assisting federally qualified health centers with health information technology and data transformation projects.

Megan has a master’s in public health with a concentration in health policy and management from the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University Indianapolis. She earned her bachelor’s degree in community health from Indiana University Bloomington.

Megan lives in Indianapolis, Indiana and enjoys biking on the Monon Trail, spending time with family, and cheering on the city’s sports teams.
