Neha George, MPH, is a program associate at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS). In this role, she supports projects related to delivery system and payment reform, including initiatives to expand access to diabetes self-management technologies and help Medicaid health plans implement federal work requirements while minimizing coverage disruptions. She also contributes to projects related to Medicaid leadership and capacity building and population health.

Prior to joining CHCS, Neha interned at the Connecticut Department of Social Services, where she supported the design and implementation of the state’s Rural Health Transformation Program. Neha also interned at Gainwell Technologies, supporting work related to Medi-Cal Connect, California’s Medicaid population health management platform.

Neha holds a master’s degree in public health from Yale University. While at Yale, she was a research assistant at the State Collaborations to Advance Learning Lab, where she conducted applied research to support state Medicaid agencies enhance program efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven solutions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public health from The University of Texas at Austin.

When not at work, Neha enjoys checking out antique/vintage shops, cooking, trying new food spots, hiking, and dancing.
