Complex Care Workforce
People with complex needs often navigate an array of health and social services. Interdisciplinary teams can use clinical and non-clinical roles — including community health workers, peer navigators, and community paramedics — to deliver more effective, whole-person care that improves health outcomes. CHCS is promoting opportunities to support a diverse workforce for people with complex needs.
