Debra Lockett is an administrative coordinator at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS). In this role, she provides administrative support for CHCS initiatives focused on aging and disability, complex care, delivery system and payment reform, and population health.

Prior to joining CHCS, Debra managed recruitment and onboarding at Oaks Integrated Care. She previously spent more than 20 years at SRI International and Sarnoff Corporation, supporting senior leaders and technical teams engaged in business development across health care, research, and government-related organizations. Her experience includes full-cycle recruitment, executive support, operational coordination, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Debra studied business administration, with a concentration in acquisitions and contracts, at Strayer University.
