Logan Kelly, MPH, is a senior program officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS). In this role, she provides strategic consultation and technical assistance on initiatives related to person-centered and integrated care for populations with behavioral health and health-related social needs.

Logan’s work particularly focuses on supporting and sustaining community health worker programs, advancing physical-behavioral health integration, and behavioral health financing and payment approaches. She provides technical assistance to state Medicaid agencies, leads learning collaboratives and stakeholder convenings, and authors publications reporting on the impacts of state Medicaid transformation initiatives, as well as other workforce and behavioral health topics. She is also the project director for the Better Care Playbook, an online resource center on evidence-based approaches to improve care for adults with complex health and social needs.

Prior to joining CHCS in 2018, Logan worked for a public affairs consulting firm leading strategic advising, stakeholder and consumer engagement, and communications projects. Her background also includes organizing and training on political and issue advocacy campaigns.

Logan holds a master’s in public health from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice and a bachelor’s degree in history from Swarthmore College.
