Travis Ruscil is a senior information technology officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS). In this role, he is responsible for implementing the strategic design, acquisition, management, and implementation of CHCS’ technology infrastructure. Travis provides monitoring, maintenance, and support to company-wide technologies including servers, desktops, laptops, and software. He is also responsible for the purchasing and inventory management of all software and hardware. He manages CHCS’ national health policy webinar series, providing technical and logistical oversight for eight to 12 webinars monthly. In this role, he provides support from the initial planning stages to post-webinar analytics and evaluation.

Prior to CHCS, he worked as a retail music consultant for Guitar Center, where he assisted with audio technology education and computer training for a variety of institutions including music studios, schools, clubs, and churches.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from New York University, Stern School of Business.
