Results

Connect for Health Colorado used Aunt Bertha’s (now known as findhelp) scheduling functionality to book appointments, and its resource directory to connect insurance enrollees to programs and other resources. Of the over 18,000 Connect for Health Colorado appointments booked through the Aunt Bertha platform, 77 percent of individuals showed up for their appointments. Additionally, the platform helped to reduce call volume by 92% at the largest food bank in Washington D.C. and supported over 1,100 closed loop referrals in North Carolina.
