Product Description
RubiconMD enables primary care clinicians (PCCs) to easily access same-day insights from top specialists, so they can provide better care — improving the patient experience and reducing costs. To best support PCCs, RubiconMD’s eConsult program is a web-based solution that allows providers in diverse clinical environments to submit clinical questions to specialists, covering over 125 specialties and sub-specialties. It offers several EMR integrations for clients, as well as HIPAA-compliant mobile apps. RubiconMD now serves providers across the nation within value-based provider groups, community health, correctional health, employer/onsite clinics, health systems, and direct primary care/concierge medicine.
Results
Over 75 percent of cases have resulted in improved care plans and 84 percent of eConsults receive responses in under four hours. Fifty-two percent of eConsults resulted in a reduction in avoidable medical services (e.g. specialist referrals, diagnostics).
