Product Description

Certintell provides software services through its uCare Connect Platform to the safety-net clinic, hospital, and payer Medicaid market. The uCare Connect Platform enables health care professionals to provide virtual health care services enabling Medicaid clinics and safety-net hospitals to deliver affordable services to underserved markets and enhance their provision of care, patient outcomes, affordability, and accessibility.  The platform also enables clinicians to provide routine follow up and chronic care services to patients virtually. Certintell’s products are designed to decrease emergency room visits, readmission rates, improves chronic care management, and enables on-demand video interpreters — all of which reduces provision costs, enhances accessibility, and improve outcomes.


uCare Connect partnered with Federally Qualified Health Centers as part of an Access Increases in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (AIMS) grant. Early results showed increased education and collaboration for primary care providers with hepatologist teams, increased access to psychiatry services via telehealth, and improved satisfaction with patients being able to see mental and behavioral health providers on the same day. Behavioral health providers also shared early positive results of decreased travel time and increased number of patient visits.
