Product Description

Yosi is a patient engagement tool that engages patients before, during, and after their provider visit. It is designed to increase appointment compliance and provide an electronic record of patient intake, registration, payment collection, and surveys. The result is improved workflow for providers and administrators.


Yosi generated an improved workflow for providers and administrators, leading to a reduction in administrative tasks that resulted in an average savings of $42,000 per year, per physician and decreased no-show rates of up to 75 percent. Eighty-eight percent of patients respond to Yosi’s text messages and over 50 percent complete their digital intake and registration remotely, prior to arriving for their medical appointment decompressing the waiting room workflow.
