Trauma-Informed Care Implementation Resource Center
Exposure to trauma increases an individual’s risk for serious health issues and poor health outcomes throughout life. This resource center, developed by CHCS through support form the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, offers practical tools that can help health care providers and other stakeholders implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, increase patient and staff resilience, and reduce avoidable health care service use and costs.


Resource Center for Implementing CDC’s 6|18 Initiative
Under the 6|18 Initiative, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has identified evidence-based interventions that can prevent or control prevalent, high-burden conditions. This resource center, developed by CHCS through support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is designed to advance the adoption of 6|18 strategies among by Medicaid, state and local health departments, and other payers and purchasers.
