Dilrupa is an administrative coordinator at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS). In this role, she provides support to projects related to improving care and services for older adults and people with disabilities, integrating services for adults with complex health and social needs, and building the leadership and capacity of people who work in and with Medicaid.

Before joining CHCS, Dilrupa worked for several years as an administrator at for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in international relations at the State University of New York at New Paltz. Dilrupa is currently a student at Villanova University completing a master’s degree in public administration with a specialization in nonprofit management.

During her free time, she likes to spend time outdoors with family and friends, go to the beach, and loves to cook.
