Rosa Novatkowski is vice president of human resources at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS). Rosa has more than 15 years of professional experience in human resources and facilities operations. In her role at CHCS, Rosa leads the administration and coordination of human resources, which includes employee wellness, compensation, benefits, leave, employee onboarding and offboarding, and employee engagement and relations. In addition, she oversees the daily facility operations and serves as the liaison between CHCS and property management and other outside vendors.
Prior to joining CHCS, Rosa worked as a unit clerk at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus, where she provided administrative support to the orthopedic department and multiple medical providers. In addition, she worked as a medical office assistant for two primary care physicians at Allentown Medical Associates.
Rosa has an associates degree in business administration from Thomas Edison State University and a human resources professional certification from the Society for Human Resources Management. She received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certification from the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business.
While not at work, Rosa enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading novels, hiking, fishing, and vacationing at the shore.
