Vincent Finlay, MBA, is director of program finance at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS).
Prior to joining CHCS, Vincent served as advertising and marketing coordinator at Dow Jones for the Circulation Marketing Department of the Wall Street Journal Online. In that role, he served as liaison between the marketing and accounting departments by providing expenditure analyses. Vincent also worked closely with the print journal’s layout department to manage marketing costs and optimize the online journal’s presence through filler advertising.
Vincent holds a master’s degree in business administration from Georgian Court University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ashford University.
Vincent is an animal and nature lover. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, watching TV (competitive gymnastics, Great British Bake Off, Project Runway reruns), reading, attending live theater, volunteering, going to church, and spending time with his partner.
