As part of the final evaluation of CHCS’ Business Case for Quality initiative, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill prepared individual reports detailing the results of each grantee’s Quality Enhancing Initiative (QEI) and the associated return on investment. The reports describe grantees; the reimbursement arrangement; the QEI and how it was developed; the target population; and analytical results from claims and financial analyses. In addition to a narrative description, the reports contain tables and graphs comparing the key payment and utilization measures during the course of the three-year initiative.
