About Accelerating Child Health Transformation

These resources are products of Accelerating Child Health Transformation, a national initiative led by the Center for Health Care Strategies with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation that seeks to accelerate the adoption of key elements necessary to advance family-centered pediatric practice. The initiative draws on the expertise of an advisory board of national experts, a team of family representatives, and includes 11 pediatric provider pilot sites from across the country.
